Workspace Memory: the GTM Brain
Memory is what Persona X's "Brain" knows for certain across your whole workspace — the facts it has actually confirmed, not what any one document merely suggested. The page's own framing is direct: "What your brain knows across the whole workspace — facts shared by every project. Project‑specific memories live on each project's Memory page."
Three layers, not one
Persona X is explicit that memory has three distinct tiers, and documentation, chat, and every surface in the product should say which one it's citing:

Reading a memory fact
Each fact card shows a category tag (for example SENSE_SIGNAL), a one‑line statement, a
confidence badge (High confidence), how many sources back it and since when, and — in
italics — the actual quoted evidence it was distilled from. Facts can be edited or deleted directly from
their card.
A summary bar at the top shows overall confidence across every fact currently held (e.g. "Confidence across 50 facts — 50 High confidence"), broken down into categories.
Search
A search box lets you find a specific believed fact by keyword rather than scrolling the full list — useful before repeating research that Memory may already have settled.
