Chatting with Persona X
Chat is the connective tissue of the whole product — the same composer sits at the bottom of every project screen, and which "brain" answers you depends on where you are and who you address.
Four different chats, one composer

@mentions
Type @ in any chat composer to mention a specific persona or a piece of context directly in
your message — for example "@Meaningful Self‑Expression Shopper, how would you evaluate our
product?" — and Persona X responds using that persona's perspective and context, or pulls in the
mentioned document, inline.
Citing the Knowledge Bank
In any conversation, Persona X automatically references relevant documents from Context. You can also ask explicitly — "Show me evidence from our Knowledge Bank for this claim" — and it will pull the specific supporting documents.
Saving what you learn
Under any AI response, a small action row includes a Save Knowledge control — use it the moment a chat surfaces something worth keeping (with its sources), and it becomes a permanent entry in Context → Saved Chat Insights, available to every future chat and persona in the project.
Threads
Chat threads are saved under Recents in the sidebar so you can pick a conversation back up later, and you can star a thread to keep it in a pinned Favorites list. Threads auto‑expire after a set window (the product shows an explicit countdown, e.g. "Chats delete after 60 days") unless you star them to preserve them.
